Start with the nearest task
The “all English” list is too big to plan around. Start with a situation that will happen in the coming weeks: a call, a trip, an interview or a meeting.
Language associated with a specific purpose is easier to repeat and immediately test in action.
Break down the topic into actions
Instead of the general topic of “business English”, highlight the actions: introduce yourself, clarify the deadline, explain the risk, offer a solution and summarize.
Each action requires several phrases, one example and a voice response.
Update your plan based on weaknesses
After practice, note where you left off: you lacked a word, structure, or confidence in pronunciation. The next topic should take this result into account.
This way the training program becomes personalized, and not just a long catalog of lessons.
