Refunds and subscription cancellation
We want you to be satisfied with SpeakRole.
Refund eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 days of an initial subscription purchase. The refund is calculated from the unused part of the paid period: elapsed calendar days and consumed speech-recognition minutes are both counted, and the larger used share is applied. At least 20% of the payment is retained for access and payment processing. Annual and six-month plans are calculated over their full paid period.
Refunds may also be issued in the following cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same subscription.
- A payment was made without your authorization.
- A technical issue on our side prevented you from using the paid service.
- You were charged after cancelling your subscription due to an error in our billing system.
Subscription renewals
Renewals are generally non-refundable. If a renewal was charged by mistake, contact support within 14 days. Approved refunds are calculated using the same day and speech-minute usage rule.
