Delete account
This permanently deletes the account, active sessions, learning profile, progress, attempts, mistake memory, daily usage and saved audio.
Before you delete
If you need an archive, export your data in the app first. Cancelling a subscription and deleting an account are different actions: you can stop future renewals in App Store or Google Play settings.
What may be kept
Store transaction identifiers needed for accounting or fraud prevention may be kept without the deleted account profile for the period required by law.
