Don't fix everything at once
If you mark ten errors after every sentence, the brain will begin to avoid speech. First correct what changes the meaning or is repeated most often.
The remaining errors can be saved for the next short exercise.
Separate meaning and form
First check: would the interlocutor understand your idea? Then look at grammar, naturalness and pronunciation.
This is how you see real progress: the answer already makes sense, even if it can still be made more precise.
Turn a mistake into an exercise
Take one mistake and make three new sentences using the same construction. Say them and use them again in a short answer.
One point edit, fixed in a speech, is more useful than a long list of comments that you never return to.
