Practice with your voice
Answer each question within 60–90 seconds. After recording, note only two things: whether you closed the question in its meaning and where the answer became unclear.
Repeat your answer, changing the wording. This prepares you for a real conversation better than reading a perfect script.
Use STAR structure

The outline should not turn the answer into a template. It is needed as a support so as not to lose the main thing under the pressure of time.
