AI is useful as a rehearsal partner
The AI has a strong point: it can quickly ask questions, change the script, and get you back to a tricky spot. This is convenient when there is no partner nearby for a short workout.
But if you only read ready-made answers or choose a hint, you are training recognition, not speaking.
Answer first rule
Answer out loud yourself first. Only then ask for a hint, correction or more natural wording.
Ask AI to evaluate one problem at a time: meaning, clarity, grammar or pronunciation. Too many comments at once make it difficult to understand the next step.
What should be left to you
The facts of your biography, decisions and personal examples cannot be completely left to the generator. AI can provide the form, but the content must be yours.
